You need to make sure that the main keyword should appear on the following:
1. Meta Title
2. Meta Description (twice)
3. Meta Tags (up to three)
4. Blog Title
5. 2% Keyword Density
6. One Underlined Keyword
7. One Italicized Keyword
8. One Bold Keyword
9. One keyword in the first 100 characters of the article.
10. One keyword in the last 100 characters of the article.
